Head of Adam Smith Business School visited ACEM 2025-05-12
On the morning of May 8th, Dean Chen Fangruo and Associate Dean Qu Xi met with Prof. Graeme Roy, Head of Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow and Dr. Xiang Li, School Director of Internationalistion.
Dean Chen first extended a warm welcome to Dean Roy, and then briefly introduced Antai’s main achievements and development focus in recent years, as well as the current challenges in the field of business education. Subsequently, Dean Roy shared the development journey and current status of Adam Smith Business School, along with new observations in business education.
Both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on the cooperation of the “4+1” program. They jointly explored the curriculum design of the master’s program, striving to create a scientific and rational course system that meets the developmental needs of students. In addition, they discussed the possibility of students participating in Corporate Projects/Labs in the future, with the aim of providing students with broader development opportunities and practical experience. This visit not only deepened the mutual understanding between the two parties but also laid a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the “4+1” program.
